1. Purpose

Veloria Finance provides access to a financing information tool, an indicative simulator and an application form submitted for assessment. This service is not a loan offer and does not commit Veloria Finance to providing financing.

Veloria Finance AB (Akcinė bendrovė — a Lithuanian public limited company) acts as a direct lender: financing is granted directly by Veloria Finance, not by a third-party bank or referral partner. This does not change the fact that every application is assessed individually and that sending an application does not guarantee approval.

2. Access to the service

The service can be accessed using a recent browser and an internet connection. Veloria Finance reserves the right to suspend the service for technical maintenance, which does not give rise to any right to compensation.

3. Fair use

• Provide accurate information when filling in the form.
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Not send unlawful, offensive, defamatory or fraudulent content.
• Not use the service for identity theft.

4. Calculation

The simulator shows an estimate based on the amount, duration and indicative rate. The result is provided for information only and is in no way a loan offer, a commitment or a decision on approval.

5. Financing application

Sending the application form does not mean consent, an offer, or a promise. Every application is assessed against the applicable criteria and the information provided. Supporting documents may be requested.

6. Liability

Veloria Finance endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot be held liable for inaccuracies, omissions or service unavailability. The loan is a commitment and must be repaid. Before taking on any commitment, check your ability to repay it.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the website are protected by copyright. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The version in force on the day you use the website applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the publisher is established. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
